Most cleaning contracts are verbal agreements between a price and a general description. A written scope of work eliminates that ambiguity. Every task, every frequency, every standard is on paper. You know what you're buying. We know what we're delivering.

We have been cleaning commercial facilities in the East Metro for 22 years. In that time we've seen every flavor of facility management challenge: absentee building managers, multi-tenant buildings with competing access requirements, seasonal facilities that go quiet for months and need a deep clean before they reopen, medical practices with compliance requirements that general cleaning companies aren't trained for. We've dealt with all of it. That experience doesn't show up on a price sheet, but it shows up in the quality of the scope document we produce for your facility.

Local presence, real drive times

We're based in the Hugo area. Forest Lake is 10 minutes north. White Bear Lake is 15 minutes southwest. Stillwater is 20 minutes southeast. The drive times we quote are accurate because we make them regularly. We don't list Minnetonka or Minneapolis in our service area because we can't get there and back reliably during a cleaning window.

We're not a franchise. We're not a staffing agency that provides cleaners you manage. We're not the cheapest option in the East Metro, and we don't try to be — the cheapest options don't carry insurance, don't document their scope, and don't last long enough for you to notice the difference until something goes wrong.
