Who we are

22 years. That's how long we've been cleaning commercial facilities in the East Metro. The businesses we serve have seen other cleaning companies come and go — the price leader that cut corners, the large regional operation that replaced the crew monthly, the company that was great for the first six months and coasted after that. We've stayed by doing the opposite: written scope documents, consistent crews, and a walkthrough when something isn't right.

Hugo Commercial Cleaners works with offices, light industrial facilities, medical and dental practices, and retail spaces. We're based in the Hugo area and the drive times we quote are real — we're not listing towns to fill a service area page.

How we operate

Every new client gets a facility walkthrough before we quote. The walkthrough produces a written scope of work — a document that specifies every task, every frequency, and every standard. That scope is what we're held to, and it's what you use to measure us. No handshake agreements, no verbal promises that change when the crew does.

For new clients, the first 30 days include a check-in call at day 15 and a formal scope review at day 30. If something isn't right, we fix it before the second month starts.

What we don't do

We don't fabricate a street address or a Google listing. We don't use rotating subcontractors on your account without telling you. We don't promise 24/7 availability we can't back up. We answer the phone Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm at (866) 958-8773. After hours, the quote form on this site gets you a next-business-day response.
